Moving Out

I guess its fifteen years back when a distant relative of my mom offered her a house and lot in Caloocan particulary in the Monumento area. I remember none of us agreed to leave Obando because all our friends and relatives live here. But look at Obando now, the main road is always flooded, the water has been stagnant even without typhoon or rain. I changed my mind now, I want to leave Obando maybe because of lack of progress too and the approved Obando Sanitary Landfill Project. Hubby and I was already preparing in buying a lot but I requested him to move in higher parts of Valenzuela, Malabon or Caloocan. We're also in the stage of planning a future business, buying a single premium immediate annuities and looking for a good and affordable high school for the kids.
