Sleep is one of the most important factors in releasing growth hormones, most especially for very young babies. While your baby sleeps, her little body produces 3x more growth hormones.
The good news is there is a way to promote better sleep for your baby: through a consistent nightly bedtime routine.

My bonding moments with them?
My kids wait for me before sleeping at night, that's part of their night routine. And when I got home from work, they were already done with their shower using of course Johnson’s baby shampoo and Johnson’s baby bath soap. Johnson’s products are very visible in our house to name a few: Johnson’s baby oil, bath soap, powder and shampoo.
This past week before going to bed I was giving Makoy a little massage at his back with Johnson's baby oil to remove his "lamig" which causes his frequent colds, and nobody can oppose that there's really a miracle in a mother's touch (haplos ng ina). We have a rule that they should sleep at 9pm so they can wake up early the next day.
Lastly Nikko and Makoy will not close their eyes without me giving them a pat on their butt, legs or their back. Here's our photo before sleeping at night.
