I received my passport last week, just in time for the scheduled release. Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) office has relocated at the corner of Bradco Ave. and Macapagal Blvd. in Aseana Business Park, Paranaque City. All application for passport whether applying for a new one or a renewal will only be accepted and processed via DFA appointed system, CLICK HERE to apply or by calling the DFA Appointment Hotline at 737-1000. If you want to avail of passport delivery you just have to pay additional One Hundred Twenty Pesos.
