Blooper

Yesterday I approached our company doctor and asked him if he could explain to me the result of my annual medical check-up. The result was not yet forwarded to him so I printed the copy sent by our company nurse. Almost all the findings were normal except for the breast mass which needs further surgical consultation. I told him that it seems the result last year was the same this year and I was done in mammogram and sonogram procedure and fortunately the result was negative. Doctor Charles asked me to examine my breast again.
When I returned to my place, I looked closely to the hard copy and found out that the date of the email I printed was June 05, 2009! Relieved? Not until I see the correct result.
